The building’s story
A glass-walled pool running along the Lachine Canal. Picture laps on one side of the glass, the bike path on the other. Griffintown grew up beside this water, among factories and warehouses. Gallery sur le Canal borrows that raw material without pretending to be old.
At 1330 rue Olier, Phase 2 is the heart of the project. Delivered in 2019, it brings together two buildings, a 14-storey tower and a 9-storey wing on the canal side, for 143 units from 457 sq ft to 2,815 sq ft. The canal-side building is home to the pool and gym the phases share.
Inside, the concrete stays overhead: 9 feet in most units, and close to 12 feet in one penthouse. Depending on the unit, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace facing the water, or two balconies. Picture a Sunday morning, coffee in hand, the canal below.
Around it, an inner courtyard with gardens and a fountain opens straight onto the Lachine Canal bike path. The shared rooftop terraces of Phases 1 and 3, with BBQs, look out over downtown and the water.
Outside is Griffintown. Parc Olier and its dog run, the Peel Basin, Atwater Market by bike, Old Montreal on foot. Lucien-L'Allier metro station is an 18-minute walk, Bonaventure 19.
Phase 2 speaks to people who want to live by the water, in a contemporary condo that keeps its concrete in plain sight.
Every property has a story. Gallery 2's is written on the canal, where Griffintown grew up. Our job is to help you find the one that becomes yours. Olivier Mailloux and Amélie Flanagan, real estate brokers, follow the Griffintown market closely and work with buyers and sellers across Montreal.

Your broker for this building
We know Les Lofts Gallery sur le Canal – Phase 2.
We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.
“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”
Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
