Founded in 2010 by Olivier Mailloux, Espace Loft is a team of brokers specializing in lofts and one-of-a-kind properties in Montreal. The loft is our emblem, not our limit: we also help people buy and sell condos, houses, plexes and commercial spaces.

Olivier earned his broker's licence in 2005. The following year, he was entrusted with the sale of a new loft project: Biscuiterie Viau, phase 2. That is where it all began. Sale after sale, he learned what sets a converted factory apart from a new condo, and what loft buyers really look at. In 2010, he founded Espace Loft to share that passion and to serve his clients better.
Residential real estate broker
A Montreal broker since late 2022, Amélie mostly works with buyers, at every step of their project. She comes from sales and customer service, and it shows: she listens, follows every file closely and tailors her guidance. She believes in transparency, because every client deserves all the information to decide with confidence. For her, people always come first.
