Everything on the site, including building profiles, neighbourhood pages, articles and figures, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or inspection advice.
Before making a decision, talk to the right professional: a notary, lawyer, accountant, mortgage broker or building inspector.
Browsing the site or sending a form does not create a brokerage contract. A brokerage contract exists only once it is signed on the mandatory forms.

Information about properties for sale or rent comes from Centris and the listing brokers. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
We display this information as the source provides it, without changes. We do not publish another broker's listing photos without that broker's consent.
