Les Lofts Impérial Phase 4

On rue Bourget, a former factory on the Imperial Tobacco site has kept its concrete ceilings and its large windows. Where Saint-Henri once worked tobacco, 45 lofts now share five storeys. This is phase 4 of Les Lofts Impérial, the most intimate building in the complex.

The building became a condominium in 2009. In a building this size, you get to know your neighbours quickly, and there is never a line for the elevator. The original concrete stayed overhead, exposed, like a signature.
