The building was built in 1929 for the Dominion Preserving Co. It was converted to condominiums in 2003 and holds only 13 units over 3 storeys, in a concrete and steel structure.
Picture 11-foot ceilings, sometimes more than 12, and windows so large that a single unit can have up to nine. Some lofts are laid out over two or three levels, others keep a gas fireplace or a brick wall. Based on our information, units range from 695 to 2,000 sq ft.
