The building’s story
Sixteen-foot ceilings, a window that wraps the corner of the room and a bedroom set on a mezzanine. At the Titanium, on rue Viau, that is the kind of image that stays with you.
The building dates from 1948. It started out as a factory and was converted into condominiums in 2010. It kept what mattered from that first life: a concrete structure, ceilings left raw and, in several units, exposed beams.
There are only 13 units, and no two are alike. Depending on the unit, ceilings range from 9 to 16 feet. Some corner units add a mezzanine under that volume, others open onto a private rooftop terrace, and the penthouse unfolds over three levels. According to our information, units range from 1,096 sq ft to 1,660 sq ft.
On the roof, a shared terrace of about 750 sq ft works as the whole building's backyard for summer meals. An elevator goes all the way down to the heated indoor garage.
Outside, rue Ontario and its shops are steps away. Head up rue Viau and you reach the Olympic Stadium and Parc Maisonneuve, while Viau metro, on the Green line, is a 12-minute walk.
The Titanium suits people who want a small building where neighbours know each other, with the height and concrete of a former factory.
Every loft has a story. The Titanium's begins in 1948, on rue Viau. Our job is to help you find the one that becomes yours. Olivier Mailloux and Amélie Flanagan, real estate brokers, follow the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve loft market closely and work with buyers and sellers across Montreal.

Your broker for this building
We know Le Titanium.
We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.
“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”
Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
