The building’s story
Your eyes rise to 14 feet, sometimes more, and meet a steel frame, a wood ceiling, a window that takes up most of the wall. At Le Clark Beaumont, each loft was drawn inside the volume of a 1925 industrial building at the corner of Rue Clark and Avenue Beaumont.
The conversion took place between 2006 and 2009. The result is a small condominium of 14 units, mostly residential, with a few commercial spaces on the ground floor. The brick, concrete and original structure remain in view.
Few layouts here look alike. Based on our information, units range from approximately 1,067 to 2,336 sq. ft. Ceilings run from 14 to 18 feet depending on the unit, with mezzanines adding an office or a bedroom above the living space. Some units extend over three levels. Others open onto a private terrace large enough for several seating areas.
De Castelnau metro is an 8-minute walk away. Jean-Talon Market, Jarry Park and the cafés of Little Italy are all within walking distance, as are the Université de Montréal MIL campus and the offices of Mile-Ex's artificial intelligence hub.
Le Clark Beaumont suits people looking for space and height, in a small building where neighbours know each other.
Every loft has a story. Le Clark Beaumont's begins in a 1925 industrial building in the heart of Mile-Ex. Our role is to help you find the one that becomes yours.

Your broker for this building
We know Le Clark Beaumont.
We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.
“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”
Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
