The building’s story

Under the building, De Castelnau metro. Above it, four storeys built in 1950 and converted into 33 condo lofts in 2014. At 7345 boulevard Saint-Laurent, you step out your door and you are practically on the platform.

The project took the name MEVA Lofts. It is a concrete building, and you feel it underfoot: many units kept polished concrete floors. Ceilings range from 9 to 10 feet depending on the unit, and on the top floor some units are laid out over two levels.

Picture an open plan where the kitchen, living and dining areas share the light. Some units face rue Molière rather than the boulevard, others open onto a private terrace. Based on our information, units range from 506 to 1,080 sq ft, with one or two bedrooms.

Outside is the meeting point of Villeray and Little Italy. Jarry Park is right next door, with tennis courts, a pool in summer and skating rinks in winter. Rue De Castelnau is lined with cafés and restaurants, and Jean-Talon Market is less than ten minutes on foot.

7345 suits people who want a compact loft, concrete, and the metro quite literally under their feet.

Every loft has a story. This one begins in 1950, at the corner of rue Molière. Our job is to help you find the one that becomes yours. Olivier Mailloux and Amélie Flanagan, real estate brokers, work with buyers and sellers across Montréal.

Your broker for this building

We know Le 7345 Boul. St-Laurent.

We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.

“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”

Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
