The building’s story
Eighteen feet of ceiling. At Le Peterson, you step into a loft and your eye travels straight up a wall of windows that runs from floor to ceiling. Up top, a mezzanine bedroom looks down on the living room. And yet this is a new tower, completed in 2017, in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles.
That is the whole idea behind Le Peterson. Designed by NEUF architect(e)s for the Benvenuto Group, the 34-storey building reads in two parts. Down low, 60 two-level lofts between the 3rd and 10th floors. Higher up, condos and penthouses wrapped in curved balconies that ripple from floor to floor and draw the silhouette you recognize from rue de la Concorde.
For us, the lofts are the heart of the building. 18-foot ceilings, full-height windows, a mezzanine to sleep above the open space: loft logic, carried into today's concrete. Higher up, the condos return to more classic volumes, then ceilings rise again to 11 feet in the penthouses at the top. According to our records, the 286 units range from 367 to 1,517 sq ft.
Shared life happens in two places. On the ground floor, a lounge gathered around a piano, a reception room and a guest suite. On the 28th floor, a shared terrace with a BBQ and an outdoor climbing wall, facing the city. A concierge watches over the lobby day and night.
Outside, the Quartier des Spectacles. Place-des-Arts metro, the Place des Festivals and Place des Arts a few minutes' walk away, McGill University and Chinatown within walking distance. On festival nights, the music carries up to the balconies.
Le Peterson is for people who want the volume of a loft without giving up tower living: ceiling height down low, views and services up high, and all of downtown on foot.
Every loft has a story. The story of Le Peterson begins at the foot of a tower with rippling balconies. Our job is to help you find the one that becomes yours. Olivier Mailloux and Amélie Flanagan, real estate brokers, follow the downtown loft market closely and work with buyers and sellers across Montreal.

Your broker for this building
We know Le Peterson.
We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.
“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”
Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
