The building’s story
On boulevard Saint-Laurent, steps from rue Saint-Viateur, a brick building from the early 20th century has kept its walls and concrete slabs. On the ground floor, shops still open onto the boulevard. Upstairs, people live.
In 2004 the building became a small condominium: 14 lofts on three floors, above two commercial spaces. The project carries the name Lofts St-Viateur; today the syndicate is called Le Milendois.
Picture a loft where the original brick runs along the living room and the concrete ceiling stays bare, with exposed beams and pipes. Ceilings range from 9 to 12 feet depending on the floor, and the concrete floor is heated according to listings. Based on our information, units range from 558 sq. ft. to 1,887 sq. ft., from a small bright loft to the large top-floor space.
On the 4th floor, lofts have access to their own rooftop terrace, above Mile End. The building has an elevator, indoor parking and storage lockers.
Outside is the heart of Mile End: the bagels of rue Saint-Viateur, the cafés along the boulevard, the Ubisoft offices close by. Rosemont metro is about a 15-minute walk.
Les Lofts St-Viateur speak to people who want brick, concrete and a small condominium right on boulevard Saint-Laurent.

Your broker for this building
We know Les Lofts St-Viateur.
We follow this building one listing at a time: the corner units, the floors that catch the sun, what the co-ownership fees actually cover. That’s been our specialty since 2010.
“My job isn’t to sell you this building. It’s to tell you honestly whether it’s the right one for you, or whether we should look elsewhere.”
Whether you’re comparing two buildings, ready to make an offer, or just curious what a loft looks like inside, we take the time it takes. No pressure.
