The building on avenue Aird is new construction from 2007, designed as a loft from the start: a concrete structure, a masonry and steel facade, four storeys topped by a mezzanine level. It holds only 31 units, few enough that you end up knowing your neighbours.

Inside, exposed concrete ceilings rise to about 9 feet, and some windows reach 10 feet wide. According to our information, units range from 478 sq ft to 1,137 sq ft. On the top level, two-storey lofts open onto a private rooftop terrace. For everyone else, there is the shared rooftop terrace, up there for summer evenings.

An elevator, indoor parking and private storage complete the picture, around an inner courtyard shared with the neighbouring building.

Outside is Maisonneuve on foot. Maisonneuve Market is a few minutes away, Promenade Ontario and its cafés right next door, Olympic Park a little further up. Viau metro, on the Green line, is a 15-minute walk.
