We spent several months with another agent looking around, but it was not really working out. As soon as I met Olivier, I felt confident that we were on the right path and felt he understood our needs very clearly. he has a zen-like personality and is very calming! The first place we looked at with him we made an offer, the second place we looked at we ended up getting. Both places were high class, and we are very happy in our new place. As first-time buyers and with me being quite new to Montreal it was very reassuring working with Olivier. Thank you!

267 Rue Rachel Est
Located in the heart of Plateau-Mont-Royal, 267 Rue Rachel Est, known as Le Rachel-Julien, is an iconic building rich in history and charm. Built in 1896, this heritage property showcases the typical architecture of late 19th-century Montreal, featuring red brick walls, large windows, and carefully crafted details that evoke the neighborhood’s thriving industrial past.
Originally serving modest commercial and industrial purposes, the building is rooted in a working-class and creative district that has since evolved into one of Montreal’s most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods. In 1996, Le Rachel-Julien was converted into condominiums through a careful renovation that preserved its historic character while providing modern comfort. This transformation received several awards, recognizing the excellence of the work.
The lofts stand out with their high ceilings, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and large windows that flood the spaces with natural light. Some units include verandas perfect for a home office or reading nook, adding a unique touch to each residence.
Residents enjoy a privileged living environment, including a shared rooftop terrace with panoramic views of downtown and Mount Royal, all within a peaceful setting despite the vibrant surroundings of the Plateau. This address beautifully blends history, elegance, and urban quality of life, making Le Rachel-Julien a coveted choice for those who appreciate heritage and contemporary comfort.
1330 Rue Olier
Located along the Lachine Canal in what was once the industrial heart of Griffintown, Gallery sur le Canal Phase 2 is part of a new generation of projects that reimagine urban living by blending heritage with contemporary elegance.
Originally, Griffintown was a bustling working-class neighborhood filled with warehouses, factories, rail lines, and the laborers who helped build Montreal. The canal area, long dominated by shipping and industry, began its transformation at the turn of the 21st century. Gallery sur le Canal was born from this spirit of urban renewal, designed as a tribute to the district’s historical fabric.
Phase 2, completed in 2019, showcases a post-industrial architectural style in perfect harmony with its surroundings: raw materials, clean lines, large glass facades, and striking contrasts of light and shadow reminiscent of converted New York lofts. Designed by the Geiger Huot firm, the building balances character with modern comfort while respecting the canal’s unique spirit.
Inside, the units offer generous, light-filled living spaces with high ceilings, open-concept kitchens, premium finishes, and in some cases, mezzanines and private terraces overlooking the Peel Basin or downtown skyline. Several units are part of the Prestige Collection, allowing buyers to fully customize their spaces, a nod to the art of shaping one’s home freely.
Residents also enjoy refined shared amenities: a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, an indoor glass-walled pool along the canal, a modern gym, landscaped green spaces, and a peaceful interior courtyard.
201 Rue Saint-Louis
Just like the iconic buildings of Old Saint-Jean, 201 Saint-Louis Street perfectly embodies the rich heritage and authenticity of this historic city.
Built in 1911, this imposing structure first housed the Cluett Peabody & Co. sewing factory, once one of the largest manufacturing plants in the region. For decades, its industrial activity energized the neighborhood and played a key role in the economic vitality of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Today, the soul of this working-class past still resonates through the building’s architecture, original brick walls over a meter thick, massive wooden beams, oversized windows, and ceilings ranging from 13 to 20 feet high, all harking back to a time when craftsmanship and durability went hand in hand. Thoughtfully renovated in 2005, the building was transformed into a mixed-use condominium, home to 57 residential and commercial lofts.
Each unit has managed to preserve the raw essence of the building while incorporating elements of modern comfort.
Living at 201 Saint-Louis means enjoying a truly unique lifestyle, where industrial heritage meets modern elegance in a bright, inspiring, and deeply human setting.
4060 Boulevard Saint-Laurent
Like many buildings on the Main, 4060 Boulevard Saint-Laurent is a building steeped in history. Built during the years 1911-1912, this large lot which forms the northwest corner of the boulevard was erected by the manufacturer Abraham M. Vineberg. The Vineberg Building, as it is known, is one of the first buildings in Montreal with an envelope and structure made of reinforced concrete. Such a composition allowed him to cross the 20th century without ever faltering! Its architecture is inspired by the Chicago school, elegant entrance, large windows and impressive cornice, are elements that are still found today! Designed to house clothing factories, the building was renamed in 1950 under the name "Breman", a name it still bears 60 years later. It was around the 1980s that he found a more cozy vocation and after having belonged to a group of artists he gradually transformed himself into a co-owner and adopted his green color, a detail that made him famous. Inside, there are real lofts inspired by New Yorkers. Some even say it's SoHo on the set! Spaces ranging from 1000 pc to more than 2000 pc, ceilings varying between 10 and 15 feet and huge windows letting a generous light from evening to morning filter. What can be better for people seeking freedom, creativity and comfort? Hardwood floors, concrete ceilings and exposed beams are in order and you can enjoy a certain calm, because in addition to good soundproofing several lofts overlooking Clark Street which is quite quiet. 85 units spread over 8 floors with of course the last penthouses. By becoming owner at 4060 Saint-Laurent, one also becomes among those who can offer each evening a glass of wine while contemplating an impregnable view on the mountain and its surroundings. As in many buildings formerly privileged by artists there is a lift and landing dock, more usual you can also take the elevator that is available to residents. Recent roof and solid structure, this century-old building will be the pride of the Plateau for many more years!
1740 Rue Saint-Patrick
The Northern complex, built between 1913 and 1948, occupies the entire block between Richmond, Richardson, Shearer, and Saint-Patrick. Once dedicated to the manufacturing of cables, wires, and electronic devices, this industrial site employed up to 4,686 people in 1941. At its peak in the mid-20th century, Northern was a true industrial city. In 2003, the El-Ad group acquired the building and transformed it into office spaces. However, in 2015, a new phase of the project emerged with the addition of a modern residential section, Phase 2.
This contemporary development, while respecting the historical heritage of the building, offers modern and functional living spaces. Phase 2 includes high-end apartments and residences and stands out for its exceptional amenities. Residents can enjoy a beautiful rooftop terrace, equipped with BBQs and a pool, offering stunning views of the neighborhood. A modern gym is also available, as well as a large communal space with an industrial look that echoes the site's history, providing a friendly and stylish living environment.
