Located in the area formerly called PaperHil, the famous Gillette razor company builted a six-storey building in 1911 for its Canadian headquarters and warehouses. After several years of using the said building, they moved lout. In the early 2000s, after several years of being vacant, the developer Noam Schnitzer saw a lot of potential after discovering an old column that protruded from a wall of the building. He decided to convert it into a luxury residential building while preserving its architectural heritage. Its 12-foot high ceilings, concrete columns, large windows and architectural details will charm you for sure!
