The Quai de la Commune is a 5-phase project by Prével, completed in 2003, containing 341 units that not only revitalized the Faubourg des Récollets, but also contributed to the creation of an identity for the western sector of Montreal. The renovation of old grain warehouses by Prével in collaboration with Cardinal-Hardy was a step in the realization of this project!
