Built in 1913 by Alphonse Raymond, these two factories produced jam until the 1970s. If one of them became Usine C, or a place for the diffusion of multidisciplinary contemporary creation, the second has become an emblematic building in the Ville-Marie district, the B-Lofts.

In 2014, the Dargis Group is mandated to convert it into condominiums; the project has two phases;

Phase 1 located at 1885 De la Visitation. This new building was built on top of the already existing parking lot of the B factory, it only includes 17 condos located on 3 floors.

Phase 2, representing Plant B, located at 1830 Panet, has 55 units ranging from 1021 to 1097 PCs and was able to retain its original character thanks to its brick walls and exposed pipes.

B-Lofts occupants have now access to quality common areas, such as an urban chalet and a collective wine cellar, as well as a beautiful backyard and shared rooftop terraces
