History

The Oxxford was partly built in a former trouser factory built in 1904. The other part built in 2008 occupies two thirds of the land and was built respecting the industrial style. The building includes 23 loft-style units with areas between 795 and 3028 square feet. Architect: Campanella et Associés, with the assistance of interior designer Christian Bélanger and internationally renowned Montreal fashion designer Philippe Dubuc.
