The most striking feature of these lofts is without a doubt the sculptural block that divides the space. Covered in exotic wood, it surrounds the bath and divides the different living areas. Huge window panels 8 feet high by 10 feet wide, squared off by mullions, recall the fenestration of industrial lofts, an aesthetic plus that is almost indispensable.

With sizes up to 1000 sq ft, the Saint-Raphael Lofts remain chic and affordable. These lofts are in fact reminiscent of some of the luxury complexes in the Old Port, but given their location they remain in a very reasonable price range. Stéphane Robert believes in this project and he is right, "People who buy are people who believe in this neighborhood, in its revitalization.
