Four 1-bedroom units are available: 201, 203, 204 & 303

Promise to Lease must include, or provide within 3 days:
-Credit check report (paid by the prospective tenant, from
Equifax or TransUnion)
-Proof of Income/Employment (Letter from Employer stating
salary, tenure and position, OR the two most recent pay
stubs).
-Letter of Recommendation from current Landlord (or other,
if prospective tenant is not currently renting).

-No AirBNB or short term rentals permitted.

-Smoking cigarettes, Marijuana, or other illicit drugs of
any kind are strictly prohibited.

-No Pets (unless written consent is provided by the
Landlord).

-As per Bill 31, the Landlord reserves the right to refuse
any sublet request or lease transfer request, for any
reason. Tenants are prohibited from subletting the unit for
a profit.

-It is for strictly residential purposes only, no home
businesses or commercial activities of any kind.

*At Signing of the Lease:
-Prospective Tenants must provide first Month's rent (via
etransfer or cash).

*Before keys can be provided:
-Tenants are required to provide proof of Insurance,
renter's liability insurance of up to $2Million
-Proof of account with Hydro Quebec.
