In 2005, Olivier obtained his real estate brokerage license. The following year, he was entrusted with the sale of a new LOFT project: the Biscuiterie Viau Phase 2. From that moment on, a new universe would feed his passion for real estate. Over the years and through numerous successful transactions, he has acquired an expertise and in-depth knowledge of the field of atypical properties and lofts and this is how a specific project came to be and took shape!
In 2010, he created espaceloft.com in order to share his passion for unique properties with his clients and better accompany them. The loft market is constantly diversifying and expanding and you will be able to appreciate all the advantages that his mastery of this particular sector will provide you.
