Hochelaga-Maisonneuve is definitely becoming the new trendy area for young people looking for a beautiful space at an affordable price. With sizes up to 1000 sq ft, the Saint-Raphael Lofts remain chic and affordable. These lofts are in fact reminiscent of some of the luxury complexes in the Old Port, but given their location they remain in a very reasonable price range.
